VAREQUO is directly involved in the development and international commercialisation of a natural pozzolan source in Morocco. The material is being developed for industrial applications, including the European cement industry.
Natural pozzolan is VAREQUO's current lead project within a broader activity in international raw materials trading and source development.
Source development
Natural pozzolan for the cement industry
VAREQUO is directly involved in the development of this natural pozzolan source in cooperation with its local project partners. This provides closer involvement at source and supports the development of a reliable long-term supply structure for industrial customers in Europe.
Technical characterisation, logistics development and export preparation form part of the development of this Morocco-to-Europe supply chain. Customers remain responsible for determining the suitability of the material for their intended application and may test representative samples provided by VAREQUO.

Morocco-to-Europe supply chain
VAREQUO develops the complete supply chain for its natural pozzolan. In cooperation with specialised logistics and export partners, we can arrange inland transport from the source, port handling and export formalities in Morocco, as well as ocean freight to European destination ports.
